Job summary

Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe in League City, TX is hiring a Managing Partner in Training to rapidly embrace our culture while driving profitability, member satisfaction, and high‑performance teams. You’ll lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and KPI tracking to build a strong, compliant operation.

You’ll recruit and develop staff, manage scheduling and payroll, uphold standards, and foster a hospitable environment for members and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removal of team members required.
• Experience in Labor management and inventory control requested.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention.
• Monitor and scorecard staff performance to meet KPI standards.
• Able to recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent.
• Coach and develop team members to drive sales and service quality.
• Maintain a clean, well‑functioning facility 24/7.
