Panera Bread Peach Street DT is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead bakery‑café operations, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will partner with the GM to manage daily workflows, drive service excellence, and uphold food safety standards.

You’ll build a positive culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust while meeting performance targets, staffing needs, and cost controls. Flexible hours and weekend availability preferred.

Formación

• 1–2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• Commitment to health and food safety.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
