Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to run shifts, support the General Manager, and lead the team in a fast-paced Domino’s franchise environment in Indianapolis. You will uphold brand standards, support customer service goals, and participate in ongoing training to drive store performance.

The role is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth through RPM Pizza College, compensation with bonus potential, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Food Safety Certified as required by area.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts and provide excellent customer care.
• Assist the General Manager in all aspects of store operations and lead the team on shift.
• Uphold policies and maintain the brand image as a role model for team members.
• Complete Pizza College courses and any required training programs.
• Schedule, manage labor, attendance, and punctuality to meet goals.
• Learn and implement marketing tools to help store performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with health standards.
