Job summary

Chipotle is seeking Apprentices who will learn to run daily operations and develop crew while working toward General Manager position. You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience by managing guest experience, training team members, and guiding daily restaurant performance.

You will serve as the on-duty leader, ensuring speed, accuracy, and exceptional hospitality while upholding food safety and brand standards in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management is preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, P&L management, and food safety is a plus.
• Ability to train and develop crew and lead guests.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and guest experience
• Train and develop crew members using Chipotle’s training tools
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time
• Run day-to-day operations: scheduling, P&L, sales forecasting, interviewing
• Maintain a clean dining room and a guest-ready restaurant
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards
• Work a standard 50-hour week with overtime as needed
