Chipotle Mexican Grill is actively growing and seeking Apprentices who want to become General Managers. You’ll help run day-to-day operations, hire and train teams, and deliver a Guest Obsessed experience in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll learn scheduling, P&L management, and sales forecasting while ensuring food safety and guest satisfaction across shifts, including evenings and weekends. Chipotle values growth, teamwork, and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to develop teammates and manage shift staffing.
• Strong hospitality mindset with guest-centric focus.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed and uphold standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service and accuracy.
• Train and develop crew members using Chipotle tools and resources.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Learn day-to-day operations: scheduling, P&L, sales forecasting, recruiting.
• Keep dining area clean and restaurant guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety and compliance standards.
• Work a 50-hour week, including evenings and weekends.
