Amergis Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Recruiter Trainee. The program trains you to source, screen, select, and place candidates, with an hourly rate of $22.27 during the initial training (approx. 13 weeks).

After training, you advance to Recruiter 1 with a salary of $55,000 plus uncapped commissions. Location includes Phoenix, AZ and Tucson, AZ in a corporate/field office setting. The role emphasizes strong communication, talent networking, and meeting KPIs in a fast-paced healthcare staffing

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings

• Leverage recruitment technologies to source and engage candidates
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals and clients
• Navigate the onboarding workflow and learn Amergis processes
