In this on-site role, you will support the Community Manager with leasing, operations, and team supervision while building strong relationships with residents.

You will handle rent processing, resident documentation, and events, help ensure Fair Housing compliance, and contribute to a culture of service and continuous improvement.

Formación

• At least 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiar with Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision.
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning.
• Monitor property condition and recommend improvements.
