Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid math and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to project sites as needed.
• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs for proposals.
• Assist in preparing project setups.
• Provide clerical support to the project management team.
• Contact suppliers and subcontractors for quotes.
• Schedule and assist in managing subcontractors and suppliers.
• Provide vendor support and bid solicitations for ongoing projects.
• Assist PMs in pricing bid documents.
• Request timely reports from foremen, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain professional relations with customers, employees, and the public.
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required.
