Job summary

Qualifications

• Working toward a bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university, taking at least one class before participation.
• Preferred: knowledge of route surveying and scheduling.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the project management team with subcontractor and supplier coordination, material tracking, file management, document control (submittals, RFIs, and change orders), and progress reporting.
• Learn and perform project management functions of estimating, schedule planning, project controls, and project reporting.
• Understanding and learning construction plans.
• Ability to interact with clients, managers, and employees with a high level of professionalism.
