Job summary

Kwest Group invites motivated students to join as a Project Management Intern, gaining hands-on experience by supporting senior project managers across multiple civil construction projects in Ohio. The role emphasizes teamwork, data analysis, and administrative support within a fast-paced field environment.

Starting rate is $21.00 per hour; candidates should be pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and be available for flexible hours including evenings

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Effective organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Solid math and analytical skills.
• Ability to schedule and complete tasks without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Travel to project sites as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of quantity take-offs for proposals.
• Assist in the preparation of project setups.
• Provide clerical support to the project management team.
• Contact suppliers and subcontractors for quotes.
• Schedule and assist in the management of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Provide vendor support and solicitation for bids and ongoing projects.
• Assist senior project manager and project managers in pricing bid documents.
• Request accurate and timely reports from the project foremen, suppliers, and subcontractors assigned to all projects.
• Always represent Kwest Group in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude and good working relationships with customers, employees, and the public.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
