Job summary

Amaze ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, teach communication and daily living skills, collect session data, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

We offer training and support to obtain RBT certification, including access to a 40-hour course and guidance throughout the certification process.

Qualifications

• Must complete RBT training and obtain RBT certification within 120 days of hire.
• Experience working with children preferred; autism experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability.
• Passion for helping children learn and develop meaningful skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care and ongoing supervision.
