Amaze ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. Training and supervision will help you complete the RBT certification within 120 days.

The role emphasizes reliability, empathy, and a passion for helping children learn and develop meaningful skills. On-site positions include mentorship and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must complete the required RBT training and obtain RBT certification within 120 days of hire.
• Experience working with children is preferred; autism experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to work locations.
• Consistent and professional availability.
• Passion for helping children learn and develop meaningful skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and training.
