Job summary

Amaze ABA Therapy is hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians (BT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision. The role includes implementing plans, teaching essential skills, and collecting progress data, with supervision and training provided throughout the certification process.

RBT training is provided, and certification must be obtained within 120 days of hire. A $100 sign-on bonus is offered, along with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working with children
• Autism experience is a plus
• Must complete RBT training and obtain RBT certification within 120 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress
• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide consistent, high-quality care
• Participate in ongoing supervision and training
