Job summary

Rise Up for Autism is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in the United States. You will provide hands-on ABA therapy to children in a supportive environment, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA, and help children build communication and daily living skills.

Full training is provided, with paid certification prep and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s in psychology, education a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children and families.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and run short distances for client safety.
• ABA, childcare, or education experience is a plus, but not required—training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills using ABA techniques.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team to support growth and success.
• Build positive, meaningful relationships with children and their families.
