Job summary

Amaze ABA Therapy is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA. The role includes implementing treatment plans, collecting session data, and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

You will receive the required 40-hour RBT training, supervision, and assistance to obtain RBT certification within 120 days of hire. Compensation is competitive and includes opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must obtain RBT certification within 120 days of hire.
• Experience working with children preferred; autism experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability.
• Eagerness to learn and provide high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care and participate in supervision.
