Therapy & Beyond is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy for pediatric and adolescent clients under BCBA supervision. You will collect progress data, follow BIPs, and communicate with families. Training supports RBT certification within 60 days, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a completed HS diploma or GED.
• Willing to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of employment.
• Experience or interest in ABA services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, play-based ABA therapy in a clinic setting.
• Track progress by collecting data and submitting documentation.
• Follow BCBA-defined BIPs and communicate with families and management.
• Assist with daily living skills and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Provide behavioral support during speech or occupational therapy sessions.
