Job summary
Amaze ABA Therapy in North Carolina seeks a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA. This role offers RBT training and ongoing supervision to support certification progress.
Successful candidates will complete required RBT training within 120 days, bring compassionate reliability, and contribute to a collaborative clinical team while pursuing growth and advancement within ABA therapy.
Qualifications
- Must complete the required RBT training and obtain RBT certification within 120 days of hire.
- Experience with children is preferred; autism experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Consistent and professional availability
- Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn
- Passion for helping children learn and develop meaningful skills
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Collect accurate session data and document client progress
- Collaborate with the clinical team to provide consistent, high-quality care
- Participate in ongoing supervision and training
