Job summary

InBloom Autism Services in Mequon, WI is seeking ambitious Student Analysts for our Learning Centers who are pursuing BCBA certification and seeking intensive, six-month training before the BCBA exam. The program emphasizes hands-on experience and growth alongside dedicated professionals in a supportive setting.

You will conduct 1:1 sessions, collect and analyze data, and contribute to program development while completing indirect training.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BCBA certification with close to exam readiness.
• Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Ability to contribute to program development and supervision activities.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 sessions with clients (direct therapy).
• Up to 20 hours/week of indirect/training activities for up to 6 months.
• Center-based work unless approval for off-site tasks is provided.
• Maintain passing scores on projects per student curriculum and rubrics.
• Observe and participate in IEPs, report writing, meetings, and data review.
• Support supervision of RBTs and new hire training activities.
