Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our Learning Centers in Wisconsin. You will supervise current clients and RBTs in a BCBA capacity, provide direct therapy, and contribute to staff training and development in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in related field with behavioral health knowledge.
• Pending BCBA certification within 1 year of offer.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in person supervisor to current clients / RBTs in a BCBA capacity with oversight from BCBAs.
• Provides up to 30 hours doing BCBA related tasks.
• Provides 10 hours of direct therapy / RBT services to clients.
• Support new hire BT/RBT training as needed.
• Proactively manage and develop RBT staff.
