Job summary

Pediatrics Plus seeks ABA Student Analysts to gain hands-on experience while pursuing BCBA fieldwork. You will work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities under supervision of a licensed BCBA, balancing direct service with fieldwork hours.

Join a collaborative team to participate in FBAs, BIPs, data collection, and progress reporting across home, clinic, and community settings. Commitment to ethics and confidentiality is essential as you support families and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification through BACB.
• Graduate student in ABA program seeking BCBA certification for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting FBAs and preference assessments under BCBA supervision.
• Develop and modify behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and goals with evidence-based practices.
• Collect, record, and analyze data; prepare reports and adjust treatment plans.
• Attend supervision meetings to review client progress and develop BCBA competencies.
• Maintain detailed client records and documentation.
• Provide one-on-one ABA interventions in home, clinic, or community settings.
• Implement skill-building programs for communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.
• Apply reinforcement and other strategies to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with families and team to generalize skills.
• Adhere to BACB ethics and confidentiality.
