InBloom is a growing organization that supports advancement and collaboration among dedicated professionals. You will engage in direct therapy and indirect training, with structured progression through a six-month program leading to BCBA eligibility.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in ABA or related field with knowledge of behavioral health
• BCBA eligibility within 6 months of start date
• Extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis
• Must schedule and pass BCBA exam within 3 months of completing the program
• Commit to one year as a BCBA with InBloom after offer

Responsibilities

• 1:1 sessions with clients (providing direct therapy)
• Up to 20 hours/week of indirect training activities for up to 6 months
• Direct/indirect tasks must be center-based unless approved to work off-site
• Maintain passing scores on assigned projects per curriculum
• Meet deadlines and manage time for assigned projects
• Engage in professional communication with supervisors
• Observe and participate in specified indirect experiences (assessments, IEPs, report writing, meetings, data review)
• Support program development and supervision activities for RBTs
• Participate in new hire training for RBTs
• Complete competency evaluations in role-plays or with clients
• Support social skills groups
