Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is seeking ambitious Student Analysts in our Learning Centers to advance toward BCBA certification. The structured six-month training, prior to the BCBA examination, targets essential supervisory skills and hands-on practice under supervision.

You will engage in direct therapy, data analysis, and program development while balancing in-center and supervisor-approved activities. This role offers a rigorous path with comprehensive mentorship and clear progress milestones.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Must be within 6 months of sitting for BCBA exam.
• Must schedule and pass the BCBA exam within 3 months of completing the program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 sessions with clients (direct therapy).
• Up to 20 hours/week of indirect training activities for up to 6 months.
• Complete indirect tasks at the center unless otherwise approved.
• Maintain passing scores on projects per curriculum and rubrics.
• Meet deadlines and manage time effectively with projects.
• Engage in professional behavior and proactive communication with supervisors.
• Observe and participate in assessments, parent training, IEPs, report writing, meetings, data review.
• Assist in supervision of RBTs and new hire training activities.
• Support social skills groups and program development.
