InBloom Autism Services in Texas is seeking ambitious Student Analysts for our Learning Centers who are pursuing BCBA certification and eager to gain intensive training before the BCBA examination date.

The six‑month program combines 1:1 therapy sessions with up to 20 hours/week of indirect training, data analysis, and program development, plus travel up to 25% to local centers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree with BCBA track and six months from exam.
• Must schedule and pass the BCBA exam within 3 months of completing Student Analyst program.
• Commit to one year as a BCBA with InBloom upon extension of an offer.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 sessions with clients (direct therapy).
• Up to 20 hours/week of indirect training activities for up to 6 months.
• Indirect work must be centered on-site unless approved for off-site tasks.
• Maintain passing scores on assigned projects per curriculum/rubrics.
• Meet deadlines and manage time effectively with projects.
• Engage professionally and communicate proactively with supervisors.
• Observe and participate in assessments, parent training, IEPs, report writing, data analysis, and program development.
