Buckle in Saint Cloud, MN seeks an Assistant Manager in Training to help deliver a top shopping experience. You will work with the Store Manager and leadership to drive sales, merchandise, train Teammates, recruit new staff and step in as Store Manager when needed.

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service, achieving sales goals.
• Lead by example in sales presentations and product knowledge.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; step in as Store Manager when needed.
• Support store operations including merchandising, scheduling and loss prevention.
