Job summary

Church’s Chicken in Vallejo, CA is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager and Market Leader in protecting and delivering the brand. You will drive sales growth, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction, while leading by example and upholding brand standards.

The ARGM will mentor team members, ensure safety and compliance, and step in as Manager on Duty.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills; detail oriented; accurate.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RGM in recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and retaining high-performing restaurant team members.
• Ensure all employees are properly trained and certified according to current Church’s Chicken training programs.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve performance and development goals.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager.
