Job summary

Vista Prairie at Windmill Ponds, part of Vista Prairie Communities, is hiring an Aspire Care Coordinator to lead resident care under the Aspire Lifestyle Model. You will supervise and train care staff, manage scheduling, and ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with Caring, Respect, Collaboration, Innovation, and Stewardship.

You will partner with the Community Care Manager to deliver compassionate care, engage residents in purposeful activities, and maintain professional standards while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Training in health-related disciplines or relevant experience required.
• Resident Assistant (RA) and/or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience required.
• Exciting CNA leadership opportunity to grow clinical leadership skills.
• Supervisory and scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technology proficient.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and managing care through the Aspire Lifestyle Model to honor residents and enhance their quality of life.
• Engage residents in living their life with purpose using the Aspire 5 pillars of wellness.
• Lead, develop, and train care staff and assist with staff schedules and service delivery under CCM guidance.
• Maintain high standards of care and professionalism while following guidance from CCM.
