Job summary

Vista Prairie at Ridgeway is seeking an Aspire Care Coordinator to join our compassionate team. You will lead, develop, and train care staff, while monitoring service delivery to residents under the guidance of the Community Care Manager.

The role emphasizes delivering care within the Aspire Lifestyle Model, engaging residents across social, physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and coordinating schedules in a full-time evening shift.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory and scheduling experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technology proficient and comfortable with devices used in care settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage care through Aspire Lifestyle Model to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Engage residents in activities aligned with Aspire 5 pillars: social, physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual.
• Lead, develop, and train care staff; assist with staff scheduling and monitoring service delivery under CCM guidance.
• Commit to high standards of care and professionalism while supporting a positive work environment.
