Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities seeks an Aspire Care Coordinator at Ridgeway, an Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Minnesota. You will lead, train, and schedule care staff, delivering Aspire Lifestyle Model care to residents and enhancing their quality of life.

You will engage residents in the Aspire 5 pillars of wellness—social, physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual—while upholding Caring, Respect, Collaboration, Innovation, and Stewardship values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Training in health-related disciplines and/or relevant experience required
• Supervisory and scheduling experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Technology proficient

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and train care staff.
• Assist with care staff schedules and monitor service delivery.
• Deliver care through the Aspire Lifestyle Model to honor residents and enhance quality of life.
• Engage residents in living their life with purpose using the Aspire 5 pillars of wellness.
