Job summary

Knife River Corporation in Oregon seeks a hands-on Paving Laborer to support asphalt production facilities. You will operate and maintain equipment, perform oiling and loading tasks, and assist with general site duties.

Applicants must be able to work overtime, nights and weekends, and be ready to travel to multiple plant locations as needed. Valid driver's license is required and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of construction equipment and a good mechanical background.
• Positive attitude and the ability to work well with others and follow directions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and/or travel to asphalt plant locations.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, labor and operate equipment in support of asphalt production facilities.
• Oil, lubricate, housekeeping and loading of asphalt into trucks.
• Run equipment such as loaders, skid steers, forklifts and man lifts.
• Perform other duties directed by supervisor.
