Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance/fabrication experience.
  • Must have mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Millwright experience preferred.
  • Experience with asphalt plants preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance such as lubrication and belt adjustments.
  • Repair or replace motors, gearboxes, bearings, chains, and other components.
  • Read manuals and schematics; work with operators to identify needs.
  • Support plant upgrades and installation of new equipment.
  • Welding and fabrication as needed.
  • Travel may be required; overtime possible.
  • Safety-focused and compliant with policies.
