Job summary

Pennsy Supply, a CRH company, is seeking an asphalt plant operator to manage daily production at one of our asphalt plants. You will load trucks, monitor equipment, and follow safety rules to ensure high-quality asphalt materials for customers.

The role requires flexibility to work day, night, or weekend shifts at multiple locations, with a drug screen and background check. High school diploma or GED is required, experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must submit to a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to work various times during day, night or weekend hours, at various locations.
• Previous experience in asphalt plant operation helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures.
• Adhere to MSHA/OSHA/DOT regulations and Pennsy Supply policies.
• Ensure quality production of asphalt materials.
• Load trucks to various locations as assigned.
