Job summary

Standard Construction Co., a CRH Company, is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability of plant equipment across our Tennessee operations.

You will inspect parts, adjust devices, lubricate, repair electrical and mechanical components, and support welding and heavy equipment tasks. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
• Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
• Lubricates and cleans parts.
• Repairs or replaces defective parts.
• Repairs electrical equipment.
• Operates heavy equipment as needed.
