Job summary

CRH's Standard Materials Group is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to service plant equipment. You will inspect parts, adjust devices, lubricate components, and repair or replace faulty parts to keep production running smoothly.

For this role, prior maintenance experience is preferred, and candidates must meet safety requirements, be 18+, and able to work nights or weekends when needed. Travel and PPE are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
• Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
• PPE and safety procedures must be followed per OSHA/MSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
• Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
• Lubricates and cleans parts.
• Repairs or replaces defective parts.
• Repairs electrical equipment.
• Operates heavy equipment as needed.
