The position requires physical stamina, willingness to work extended hours and to travel if needed, with opportunities for growth within a large construction group.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe work environment following company safety policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations.
• Assist plant crew with loading, maintenance, and daily tasks to keep asphalt plant running efficiently.
• Follow directions from Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or HR Manager.
• Assist with shoveling, loading equipment and general plant upkeep.
• Operate or learn to operate equipment at the asphalt plant.
