Barriere Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Equipment Operator in Franklinton, LA to join our North Shore Asphalt team. You will operate loader equipment, move materials, and assist with plant operations.

Candidates must have at least 1 year outdoor road/construction experience, be in good physical condition, and able to work outside in varying weather. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in road or construction field outdoors.
• Experience operating Front End Loader, ManLift and Fork Lift.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and move materials.

• Flux and assist with plant operations and data observation.
