Job summary
Barriere Construction is seeking Plant Equipment Operators to join the North Shore Asphalt team in Franklinton, Louisiana. The role involves operating heavy equipment at one of the state's largest asphalt plants to support infrastructure and construction projects.
Ideal candidates are reliable, physically fit, and experienced with loaders and other plant equipment. This position requires working outdoors in varying conditions, adhering to safety protocols, and performing routine maintenance as
Qualifications
- Experience operating Front End Loader, ManLift and Fork Lift.
- Strong math skills and computer knowledge.
- Ability to analyze data.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 70 lbs.
- Reliability and ability to work outdoors
- Good physical condition
- Minimum 1 year experience in road or construction outdoors
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions (cold, heat, humidity)
- Observe all safety protocols
Responsibilities
