Job summary

Heartland Paving Partners in Malvern, PA seeks a Sales Representative to drive new business, build relationships, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales in asphalt/concrete strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, construction management or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong skills in project scoping, estimating, and proposal creation.
• Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipeline and customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
