Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related discipline is preferred.
• Knowledge of product and industry including mix designs, pricing, quality issues, and delivery procedures.
• Ability to tolerate noise and temperature variations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and bid projects with accuracy, completeness, and profitability.
• Coordinate project scheduling with project construction manager.
• Review job cost reports daily and reconcile projects monthly.
