Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in project management and estimating or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Strong cost estimating, takeoff, and bid proposal abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and proposals.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and crews to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage asphalt paving projects from bid through completion.
• Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for paving projects.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, change orders, and jobsite progress.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations and standards.
• Maintain project documentation and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and other departments to meet objectives.
