West Contracting Co. is seeking an Asphalt Estimator / Project Manager to bid, plan, execute, and finalize asphalt construction projects from Pacific, MO.

You will manage resources, schedules, budgets, and quality control throughout the build. The role requires collaboration with DOT and municipal clients, detailed quantity take-offs, and the use of estimating tools to ensure precise cost calculations and timely reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 3–7 years experience in DOT construction project management.

Aufgaben

• Prepare detailed cost estimates from plans and specs for DOT projects.
• Develop project plans with schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Manage subcontractors and crews, procure materials and equipment.
