This full-time role blends pre-construction estimating, project management, and hands-on field oversight to deliver paving and asphalt maintenance projects efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has proven expertise in asphalt paving or road construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee asphalt paving, resurfacing, and maintenance projects from bid award through completion.
• Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for paving and asphalt scopes.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material suppliers to maintain smooth project execution.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, change orders, and jobsite progress to maximize profitability.
• Communicate project updates, timelines, and expectations with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Identify challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track and efficient.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in asphalt paving, road construction, or related project management.
• Strong estimating, cost control, and coordination skills for multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with paving operations, materials, and construction scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of leading field teams effectively.
