Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an Aspentech Developer with 5+ years of experience to perform development across AspenOne SCM solutions, including SP and CDM. This role supports deployments, testing, documentation, and ongoing optimization while coordinating with data and reporting teams.

Location options include Richmond, VA or remote with travel as needed. The candidate should have strong knowledge in Demand Management, Supply Planning, and MRP, with SQL Server familiarity and LP optimization

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development experience in at least one AspenOne SCM solution.
• Experience with Aspen SP or CDM.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in any field.
• Experience in Demand management, Supply planning, Inventory management, MRP and Production planning.
• Knowledge of SQL Server is desirable.
• Experience in LP optimization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform Aspentech development per the system design.
• Participate in system integration and user testing.
• Handle Aspentech model production deployments and releases.
• Provide post-launch support and create user guides.
• Analyze and suggest model improvements addressing user concerns.
• Coordinate with technical resources for data integration and reporting needs.
