SP Plus Corporation in Aspen is seeking a valet attendant to support daily park operations and guest service. You will greet guests, assist with vehicle entry and exit, and help manage a professional valet team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. A tips-eligible hourly position with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with minimal related experience or training (6 months)
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Clear oral communication, listening, and comprehension
• Written communication clarity and information interpretation
• Customer-service oriented attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and priorities
• Sound judgment under varying circumstances

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and ensure timely service.
• Assist customers in and out of vehicles and drive, park, and retrieve cars safely.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching a valet team; prepare staffing schedules.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and secure vehicle/keys at all times.
• Prepare daily paperwork and ensure audit compliance.
• Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean and safe; manage site flow.
• Support other roles as needed and perform additional duties.
