BODYBAR Pilates - Naperville is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to grow our member base and create an unbeatable studio experience. You’ll drive pre-sale, nurture relationships, and help meet daily sales targets in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

• Drive studio Pre-sale and growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit your daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you're all about results.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community.
• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
