Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and deliver a standout studio experience. You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life with a fun, motivated team in a part-time role reporting to the Studio Manager.

This position rewards a goal-oriented, people-loving individual who can build relationships, hit daily goals, and stay organized while greeting clients and guiding them through memberships and retail opportunities.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Weekend availability.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• Comfortable making phone calls.
• Sales experience is required.
• Some college preferred.
