Job summary

Inkitt is hiring a Senior ASO/Mobile Growth role to own the ASO strategy across Inkitt, Galatea, CandyJar, and Ironblood on iOS and Android. You’ll set priorities, run experiments, and drive store performance against East Coast hours.

You will collaborate with Product, UA, Creative, and Data teams to optimize listings, localize content, and pitch editors for features. Remote options exist for US-based candidates, with a strong focus on measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in ASO or mobile growth, ideally at B2C apps with meaningful install volume.
• Strong track record improving store conversion, rankings, and ratings via experiments.
• Experience briefing, spec'ing, and measuring store creative assets.

Responsibilities

• Own ASO strategy and roadmap for Inkitt and its apps on iOS and Android.
• Run experiments on creative, metadata and store journeys to grow conversions.
• Improve screenshots, videos, icons, and copy for market relevance.
• Build Custom Product Pages and Store Listings for different audiences.
• Collaborate to improve ratings and editor features with Apple/Google teams.
• Lead localization and geo-segmented testing for regional feels.
• Partner with UA, Creative, Product and Data to share insights.
• Own ASO reporting and translate data into team priorities.
