New Moon Production seeks an ASO Manager to own and scale global store presence across major app stores. This 12-month freelance engagement focuses on driving organic growth and maximizing conversion rates worldwide.

You will bridge data-driven strategy with high-impact execution, testing hypotheses, refining assets, and optimizing metadata while collaborating with UA and Product for full-funnel alignment.

• Hands-on ASO experience across app stores.
• Proven growth in store visibility and organic conversions.
• Understanding of mobile gaming audiences and trends.
• Analytical rigor with performance tracking and hypothesis testing.
• Experience with platform programs (e.g., Level Up) is a plus.

• Own end-to-end ASO strategy across App Store, Google Play, Samsung Galaxy Store, and Microsoft Store.
• Build and prioritize a continuous CRO testing backlog informed by analysis.
• Lead store page localization and culturalization across key markets.
• Shape a cohesive store identity across the portfolio.
• Track platform feature releases and store roll-outs across stores.
• Evaluate participation in platform growth programs and weigh trade-offs.
• Monitor store algorithm, guideline, and regulatory changes.
• Drive keyword research, clustering, and metadata creation.
• Use AI-driven tools to scale semantic expansion and testing.
• Own search visibility end-to-end including AI-driven discovery.
• Partner with UA and Product for full-funnel alignment.
• Spot optimization opportunities and quick wins across the portfolio.
• Own regular KPI reporting and stakeholder check-ins.
• Oversee review and rating management and sentiment analysis.
• High AI affinity: explore new AI tools and integrate into daily work.
• Proven AI-driven ASO results demonstrated through experiments.
