Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in Denver seeks an ABA Behavior Technician fluent in ASL to support clients who use ASL. You will work one-on-one to help clients reach developmental milestones and implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• ASL fluency required for effective client communication during sessions.
• High school diploma or GED; college coursework preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Availability of 15+ hours in afternoons/evenings (3–8 pm typical).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with proof of auto insurance; travel compensation.
• Pass background check, TB test, and pre-employment exam; immunity proof required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision of a BCBA.
• Use ASL to communicate during sessions and support treatment goals.
• Collect data on client goals during sessions.
• Work across settings (home, school, clinic) with individuals with autism.
• Address challenging behaviors using positive behavior support.
• Assist with caregiver training as needed.
• Submit timecards and notes on time per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethics and company policies.
• Assist with onboarding and training overlaps.
