Cortica in California is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) to join our team and support children with neurodevelopmental differences through evidence-based ABA practices.

This role offers a clear pay range of $21.18 to $28.42 per hour, with part‑time options, paid training, a 401(k) with company matching, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement toward BCBA or other roles.

Qualifications

• Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).
• Experience with children, especially in neurodevelopmental contexts, is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based practices to drive progress for families.
• Document session data to track treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols and reporting requirements.
