Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to translate ASL to English.
• Experience working with individuals who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing is a plus.
• Must enjoy working with kids — daycare, school, or childcare experience preferred.
• Willing to learn and understand ABA principles through training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children implementing individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Use ASL to support communication and skill development for clients.
• Collaborate with supervisors to adapt programming for communication needs.
